9. Service Interruptions

We may pause or end services for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. You’ll receive reasonable notice if services are discontinued.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses (data, profits, etc.) due to your use or inability to use our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to cover any claims, losses, or legal fees resulting from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

You are responsible for following your local laws. Prices are in USD. Additional taxes or fees may apply in your country.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.

15. Jurisdiction
